Please kindly take note of the letter addressed to HE Mr. Reinhard Schäfers, German Ambassador to Ukraine .

                                                          Dear Mr. Schäfers,

We activists of the committee "to national interests, we ask you to draw your attention to certain people who represent your country Ukraine . The Ukrainian public is outraged by the illegal activities of Ms. Miroslava Diakovitch, Honorary Consul of Germany in Ukraine , suspected in the financial machinations for an amount exceeding U.S. $ 1.5 million. The abuses in the funding of the Honorary Consulate led to a civil action brought against him by his secretary personal sum of 30,000 euros. Since this money from the German paying the defendant's action is Mr. Dietmar Stüdemann, former German Ambassador to Ukraine . Ms. Diakovitch also dishonors the EU through the unprecedented pressure on freedom of speech in Ukraine . With his direct participation was closed Lviv newspaper "Argument" who had dared to write the truth about the activities of Mrs Diakovitch.

We believe that a European country Ukraine will be represented by people who were not very honest involved in scandalous stories. Their presence in the body of honorary consuls discredits European values in our country.

Please kindly suspend Ms. Diakovitch his duties until the end of judicial review in which it is a party and cancel its powers in general, if the court confirms its malfeasance. We give in annex to this letter in german translation of publications in the Ukrainian press concernantdes crimes committed by Mrs Diakovitch.
